Scope
This is a privacy policy for the ReSHEALience web portal. The portal is concerned with the dissemination and exchange of information about the ReSHEALience research project. It is not concerned with commercial transactions or with the exchange of data for marketing purposes.

Who is responsible for the processing of your data:

What data we collectet and why we collect it:
1. Site visitation tracking
This site uses Google Analytics (GA) to track user interaction. We use this data to determine the number of people who use our site, to better understand how they find and use our web pages and to see their tour of the website.
Although GA records data such as your geographic location, device, Internet browser and operating system, none of this information identifies you personally. GA also records the IP address of your computer that could be used to personally identify you but Google does not grant us access to this. We believe that Google is a third-party data processor. GA makes use of cookies, whose details can be found in the Google Developer Guides. For your information, our website uses GA’s analytics.js implementation. The deactivation of cookies in your Internet browser will prevent GA from tracking any part of your visit to pages within this website. More information on our cookies policy.
2. Subscriptions to the newsletter of the project
If you choose to join our newsletter by email (Newsletter), the email address you send will be sent to MailChimp that will provide us with email marketing services. The email address you send will not be stored in the database of this website or in any of our internal computer systems. We believe that MailChimp is a third-party data processor, you can check Mailchimp’s privacy policy here.
How long will we keep this data?
Your email address will remain in the MailChimp database as long as we continue to use MailChimp’s email marketing services or until you specifically request removal from the list. You can do this by canceling the subscription using the unsubscribe links that appear in the newsletters we send you or by requesting the deletion by email to communication@uhdc.eu. When requesting deletion by email, send us your email using the email account subscribed to the mailing list.
While your email address remains in the MailChimp database, you will receive periodic emails every time we post a new post on the blog in the style of the newsletter.
IMPORTANT: If you are under 16, you MUST obtain parental consent before joining our newsletter by email.
Your Rights and Access to Information
In accordance with current legislation, you may have the following rights:
- Right of access to the information we hold about your personal data.
- Right of rectification of your data, by which we will update and update the information and data we have according to the information you provide us.
- Right to the portability of your data.
- Right to the deletion of your data.
- Right to object to our processing your personal data.
- Right to file a complaint with the RESHEALIENCE project and/or the competent Data Protection Control Authority.
At any time, you can ask us, completely free of charge, either by letter or by e-mail, to exercise your rights, and if so you must include in your application a photocopy of your National Identity Document/Passport, as this is a very personal right.
